Setup Seatpost Quick-Release Strap: Step 1. To Fasten the strap please disassemble the left valve first . Use the strap to rotate the seat post . Step 2. Clip the left valve in to the main part and fixed it so it can rotate properly . Meanwhile the strap will stuck in the middle between main part and left valve . Step 3. Fasten the strap and pass through the first gap of the valve . Step 4. Close the left valve slowly . Notice : Strength the strap while close the valve so it won't get loose . Step 5. Then close the right valve . Step 6. The surplus from the strap can put it in the second gap on the valve . Step 7. Combine the mudguard with the Setup Seatpost Quick-Release Strap . Step 8.
