Food is Medicine

It is not awful tasting , doable in water. I am not sure how long to take this product but it works .

Mild tasting tincture, improved regularity
This tincture is very mild tasting compared to others I have which makes it a lot more palatable IMO. It’s easy to take in the AM and PM. I’ve been using it for a little over a week and have already seen improvements in bowel regularity, which is something I struggled with. I’ll continue to take and hope to see improvements in bloat but overall, I’d recommend to others!

Hoping it can work for other people
Warning- check the ingredients. I have high histamine and had what I believe to be an allergic reaction. Later found out one of the ingredients can cause a histamine release.The taste was pretty awful but I could deal if it does the job needed. I knew going in it was going to be a strong taste.

Awesome parasite cleanse
Works as intended! I personally have not issue with the taste because I put it in my drink, I do not take it straight. My energy level has been great, it is easy to use and a great value for your money.
