This spray reminds me of a bio freeze or icy hot just in spray form. It's super convenient because as a spray I don't have to get it on my hands so it's easier to use on the go when I am not able to wash off the lotion or rub on styles. Worked decently.

With similar muscle pain relief products, I normally like to use roller style products because while applying on my muscle, it also provides good little massage effort on the muscle. I've used other similar sprayer solutions before and I wasn't really impressed, so I was a bit skeptical about this one. I like it came with 2 bottles total, with the price, I think it's definitely a good deal on the market. When I first used it, I didn't it actually came with a security feature to lock the sprayer, so before starting using it, you need to twist the head a bit until you see the white sprayer in order to fully unlock it. To prevent kids from using it by accident, I think this is definitely a very good move by the manufacturer. When I spray it, it smelled just like other similar muscle pain relief products so I know similar chemicals are used in this. Recently, Ive beem working on my yard projects, and my hands have been consistently feel sore and pain, with the spray of this, the sore and pain feeling did went away probably by 60-80% which is quite impressive. And the chemical is not sticky at all, although, you might want to wait for around 5 mins in order for it to fully absorb and dry out before touching anything. So far, I really like this product and how much it helped with my hands

I like that this product comes in an easy to use canister so you can spray it on the area you want it to. It has the usual feelings of warmth and then cool ti help relieve muscle pain. I don’t think it lasts as long as other products. Easy to use, but short effects.

This is an effective pain relieving spray from Art of Sport. I get a lot of persistent pain and soreness all along my back that I usually treat using a variety of creams and patches, but it can be hard to reach areas of my back where I need it the most. This solves that problem using a spray to make it easier to get on hard to reach areas. It is also nice because it doesn't need to be rubbed in like a lot of gels and creams. This means less mess and quick, easy application It comes out in a fine mist that provides good coverage. It forms a thin layer on the skin that quickly absorbs. It does leave a light residue that takes a little longer to absorb, but it isn't sticky or anything. The menthol provides an immediate cooling relief that will be familiar to anyone that has used menthol based pain relievers in the past. After the initial cooling it transitions into more of a longer lasting warm feeling that helps soothe the area. There is some of the menthol smell that will be a turn off for some, but it isn't as strong as other menthol products I have used This one also lasts a long time. I use a lot of patches that tend to wear off after an hour or so, but this one lasted for several hours before I felt the need to apply more

I really like that this pail relief formula is sprayed on. No need to have to wash your hands to make sure you don't accidentally touch something that might be more sensitive after application (I'm thinking rubbing eyes, touching lips, or other sensitive areas...LOL). A quick spray in the area needing treatment is quick, easy and non-greasy The cooling/therapy sensation lasts a couple hours. It helps to divert your mind from the pain you are experiencing to the cooling effect the spray provides. It does not "treat" or prevent pain but causes you focus on something other than the pain you're experiencing. I used it on my lower back after a long walk and did feel like it worked. I'm not sure it would work on chronic pain, but I don't have anything like that in my life (luckily).
