This is a great berberine formula and worth the price in my opinion. I lost several pounds with this and appreciate how it helps with blood sugar and metabolism regulation. That’s a strong, therapeutic dose." I take one capsule with my first meal of the day, and another with dinner and keep it coming on a subscription. While I try to eat somewhat healthy overall, if I have a particularly sugar-rich and carb-heavy meal, I'll take two capsules before dinner, which is basically used on movie nights where all bets are off and I eat like a teenager without a care. This supplement is great for overall health as even healthy, non-diabetic people can benefit from ongoing blood sugar and metabolism control with this natural, effective, and highly-absorbable supplement.

Started taking this 7/23/25 and as of 12/23/25 I have lost 30 lbs walking, taking 1 w premier protein shake for breakfast and lunch along with 1 Golo with each meal, low card high protein sensible dinner, colon cleanse night time sleep tea. I ride exercise bike, jog on treadmill, virtual walk at home videos, outdoor walks when weather permits. I still have 50 more lbs or so to lose but this helped me and works for me. While this may be a good product, I’m not sure 1,000 mg once a day is sufficient for me. Other brands of Berberine have been between 1500-2400 mg per day, divided per meal. That’s the only downfall I find with this product. I give it a 4 Star for this reason 09/20/24 - Update I just received my second bottle and there’s something different with it. While the product is not expired, this bottle has a rancid smell and doesn’t seem as effective.

Definitely noticed a difference right away on my ability to sleep an increased number of consecutive hours! If I take one in the morning and one shortly before bed, I can get up to 4-5 hours in a row which is unheard of for me!

Good product!

As a long time (30 + years) supplement user I have not ever disliked a product such as this one. Also - I don't write reviews. This product demands a review. The last few days I have been trying to figure out the cause of significant bloating and severely dry skin (double whammy?) I have never experienced these issues to the extent that I am now experiencing. The ONLY thing new in my daily habits has been this product (taking daily since May 18th) I have used lesser supplements before and would stop using them only because I knew what the "real product" results should be. This product isn't just significantly less in quality - this product causes bad things to happen....which is shocking. I don't have any history of bloating problems or any dry skin problem that my aloe vera plant couldn't fix in a minute. I don't have any known allergies to any foods whatsoever. This product is worrisome.
