The shipment was fantastic - great packaging and really nice customer service. The product is okay ... still trying to get used to the taste. It's a very difficult process for me as I am very active, so just doing liquids is a little too extreme. I have had to add in the food that is suggested - as I get very light headed. After 1 week, I lost 2 pounds and have continued to keep it off, but I have added back in meat due to extreme headaches (but that's just me - need the protein), therefore the weight loss is not as it is suggested of 5-10 in a week. Thanks for nicely packaging the items - continuing to try it.

I did the Purium 10 Day Transformation Cleanse and followed it to the letter to include the flex food. I found that most positive reviews are by "distributors." My friends told me to pay attention to what my body was saying and I did. On day five I started to feel run down, my mental acuity was way off, I could not complete clear thoughts, it made me start my period 1.5 weeks early (I've been regular all of my adult years) and I was having muscle spasms all over my body. By day six, it was worse. I was lethargic; I could not give anything my full attention because I had none, my kidneys were killing me- I ended up in the hospital because of this cleanse. My magnesium, potassium, blood sugar, electrolytes and a few other things were dangerously low. They're going to have to monitor my kidneys for damage. For the cost of this cleanse, and now a doctor visit, ambulance ride and ER visit is not worth the 6.5 pounds that I lost. I do not recommend this cleanse at all.

Ten days is not realistic and the smoothies are disgusting.

I not only enjoyed this program, I wasn't hungry! Great product and I would (and have) recommend it to anyone!

I just finished the 10-day transformation cleanse and lost 9.6 pounds, 1" off my chest, 1" off my waist and 1" off my hips. I was expecting/hoping to lose 15 lbs which is why I gave only 4 stars. I ate the flex foods 2/3 of the time (breakfast and lunch only, skipped dinner) and followed the instructions to a T. I would recommend this program if you need to lose 10 lbs quickly or need a quick jump start to healthier eating. I must say I no longer have any cravings for junk food or sweets. I did feel hungry most of the time so I looked forward to each and every shake. The apple berry flavor (large container) is pleasant, you just have to look past the green color. The fiber powder (medium container) is delicious in almond milk. The amino pills (15 per day) are large but not enormous; average size of most dietary supplements. I put the ionic elements (drops) in my green shake so I did not taste it, but if you put in plain water it tastes like sour lemon water. The sour cherry syrup mixed with water tastes like an unsweetened tea (not bad). Day 3 was the worst for me, I had a headache and lower abdominal pains but those went away and I had no further problems after that. This is an expensive product but once you invest the money you feel obligated to stick with it, that's the best part and of course seeing the results which for me was a pound per day. Also, the 10 days used up only half the product so you have enough left overs to continue the plan on a 1 day on/1 day off regimen which they recommend for the next 20 days to lose even more weight. Overall I would recommend this product.

Really EASY!!! No starvation at all!!! I did not feel sluggish or anything like that, I even worked out as per usual in the weight room and spinning (although not recommended).
