I really like bugs and needed a good book to help me identify some that I see everyday and this books has all the information I was looking for.

Well illustrated with great photos and detailed descriptions. Book is small enough to carry with you if you go hiking or something. Very pleased with this purchase. Well worth the price. Books are not cheap. You get your bang for your buck with this purchased in my opinion. For the average person who wants to learn more about insects and have an easy quick reference.

Decent book. Would be nice if you could get it more specific to Canada. My grandson enjoys identifying insects with it.

Using it for school and its extremely helpful, super easy to understand and read, great mix of information as well as pictures to correctly identify the species

Fits in my camera bag perfectly.. very nice pictures and good descriptions. Doent ise a bunch oof technical terms, very easy to understand... highly recommended for hobbyists.

Good book and for the most part identification works, but I might recommend one for Canada only as we do have different bugs etc.
