Received before expected, but wished there were some basic instructions. Didn't know if I was to cut the cross mark on mouth end or what. Ended up biting on it hard and one of the lines opened (are both supposed to?). Still didn't get water except some leaking where the other end of hose went into bladder. Only then realized that I had to pull open the mouth end. Also had water spill out into pack when I guess I didn't close top on fill-opening tight enough. Having a head cold have to breath through my mouth mostly, so don't leave mouth end in my mouth most of the time, but have figured out how to put it into the loop where front strap attaches to left shoulder strap. Having worked out these "kinks" now quite happy with this product.

Fits nicely into your back. Be careful at hose connection if not tight it will leak.
