Halloween was spelt incorrectly. Only one l provided. Black balloons left black dye on hands and lips. Remaining decor was usable and easy to assemble.

Its a great lot for a kids halloween party, plenty of confetty and halloween theme balloons. The cat and bat are hellium type of ballons so for the best result you will have to get an hellium can.
