Yes but wish it was longer I'm 5'11" 300+lbs but don't look it cause of what little muscle I have left wanna shred & tone get rid of the rest of the fat around the mid if it was longer wouldn't have to keep pulling down@ the gym but drenched in sweat is what I wanted plus easy to get off after that's a major plus 2" longer on bottom would be great

Will make you sweat
It fits well. Sure does make me sweat which is good. And somehow I already lost some inches while wearing it and doing yoga. Thanks

Zipper isn’t great
The zipper is poor quality. I was afraid it was going to break if I tried to zip it up. The size on the vest is smaller than regular shirt size. It is not necessarily for people trying to get in shape more for people trying to dehydrate to show muscle definition.

Ran small for me, XXXL is really XL but fit my spouse perfectly... He loves this thing..
