Updated again- Day before yesterday (In the evening) I received a call from a very nice man that works for DenSureFit. I was rather surprised at how nice and helpful he was (I honestly wish I had written down his name so I could include it so that he could get credit for how helpful he was, I hope the company sees this and finds out who he is and recognizes him for being so helpful). Anyways, he sent me a full new kit after explaining my prior issues and told him about how I am using temporary dentures due to just having my teeth pulled a few months back. He sent me a full new kit with everything in it from the original kit even though only one tube was faulty (he understood that it takes a lot of the product to keep my temporary dentures fitting properly since my mouth is in the process of healing.). He was so kind and explained to me the process of healing and the nasty bone spurs I have been dealing with, and even how to help make the product work and last as long as possible. Literally it was about 24 hours after talking with him that the products he sent me arrived. He also sent me an email with a tracking number and a link to the website and a code to get a 20% discount on my first purchase thru their website. He also signed me up to receive emails to be notified of discounts and such available when they’re available. I’m so extremely happy to have had someone call me directly and actually care. So super appreciated. Thank you so much sir (sorry that I can not remember your name, it had already been a very long exhausting day for me when I had talked to you), and you definitely helped me feel better, and thank you for going above and beyond to keep me as a happy customer.Updated review-So I bought this product again, and was rather sad. One of my tubes had the stick piece broken off so I couldn’t get the product out of the tube. I tried to contact the seller however that didn’t work and the only option was to return the item. This normally wouldn’t be an issue but I threw it away as it was late at night. I took a picture of it to send to the seller, to see if maybe I could have the tube replaced. But that was not an option given threw amazon. The only option was to return for a refund. I used the other tubes of product last night, so I obviously can’t return them. I just want the one tube of product replaced that was damaged/defective.I will update if the seller fixes this issue and replaces the product.I have bought this twice so far since I had all of my teeth removed and got dentures about a month and a half ago. I love it. It is extremely easy to use. And it makes my dentures fit so much better and not as painful. My mouth is still obviously healing, so I redo my liners about every two weeks. Which works perfect because it seems like they start peeling off and stuff gets inside around that time too. I must point out too that I had no back teeth prior to my oral surgery and getting dentures. And I had a pretty rough surgery without pain meds and being completely awake (due to a liver disorder I have). So I was completely unable to eat for awhile and couldn’t chew normally prior to my surgery for about 6 or 7 years, so I literally have been re-learning to eat. All Which might effect how long these relines last. Not to mention at first my gums were extremely swollen and my temporary dentures were made to accommodate lots of swelling (I knew I would swell a lot so I prewarned my denturist and she made them accordingly prior to my surgery). I do wish the tubes were bigger though, especially for the price. Having to spend 70$ every two weeks isn’t exactly in my budget. Currently I have been looking for a cheaper, but similar product just because I can’t continue spending so much so frequently just to keep my dentures fitting properly. Hopefully the manufacturer can reduce the pricing a little due to the size and the fact that they do seem to peel and have to be redone after two weeks. Otherwise it’s a great product and there is no mixing required or any complicated instructions. You clean your dentures, apply the liquid, let it dry... and then apply the product and place the dentures in your mouth and hold them in place for a few minutes (I hold them about two minutes)

Long time user! Love this stuff! it is absolutely the best denture reline! it is a little costly, but last for a good amount of time!

Bought this to refit my husbands full denture set. We followed the directions explicitly! And yes we did do the second layer to be sure the fit was tight. It was so tight he thought they were stuck for a moment. Only a few days after doing the whole process the top plate now has cracked!!! Now we have do do the whole expensive dentist thing anyway!!!! Not worth it, DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Now he has to go through the Christmas holiday without teeth while they are fixed and refitted.Update: They have refunded me what I spent. Also went to the dentist today to send the denture out for repairs and found out from our local little dentist office that she has delt with a number of these issues this year alone cause this stuff does not work as advertised. She said we were lucky, the plate isn't cracked worse or broken in half, she has dealt with those issues as well cause of products like this. Not worth the massive headache and financial strain to find out your one of the many to have your plate Crack or break! But they did say they were sorry I wasn't satisfied with their product, so hey that makes it all better! # Sarcasm

My husband has used this product for about two years. He has a terrible time getting his dentures to fit correctly. I saw this product on amazon on decided to give it a try. He was so happy that I have continued to purchase this product. He says the taste is fine and the product works so well that he tells his friends about his use. It is cc cost effective and delivered quickly. If there is one complaint is it should have a bottle of the solution for each tube instead of one very small bottle for three tubes.

I made three stars because I do believe that if you have the right mouth, the right denture fit already, this product can work for you. However, many of us do not have such a blessing and this has been an expensive experiment And this is what took place...I couldnt stand the fit I got with DenSureFit. First app was too loose. Second app was ok but the back portion of the upper came off and the lowers were not ok at all and still too loose. I applied a third app to uppers, using the primer on the areas where there was none, and left the lowers alone because, even though I remain hopeful, there is no hope for the lowers.It would be tolerable, so I was going to leave it at what I got. But it appears that DenSureFit does not agree with my Secure Adhesive and I cannot eat without adhesive and Secure Adhesive is the ONLY adhesive that holds my dentures in while I eat. Once soaking the dentures, to get the secure off of them, the DenSureFit peeled up in places, leaving large areas with no liner on the uppers and no liner on smaller areas of the lowers.So, I had to do it all over again. My mouth looks like a monkey mouth because one app is not enough, two apps changes everything and even though I am probably going to be stupid enough to keep trying, I need to stop and forget DenSureFit. On this last app, the uppers already have a slit in the application in the middle of the palate. All I did was do the apps and attempted to eat and soaked them over night. I woke this morning to find the slit. I did not notice the slit before soaking but I did not look, as I did not expect such. I assume what I ate made the slit.DenSureFit is too expensive for these issues and every time I have to waste more of it, I am watching money be tossed into the trash. I am not a newbie to such things as this. I know what I am doing. This product is obviously not for me. I am one of those doomed to have nothing but misery with dentures.One kit was ordered through Amazon and three kits were ordered at the website, with all kits containing a third silicone application for the May promotion. So far, I have now wasted over $150 and have yet to get a comfortable fit and have discovered that I cannot use my particular adhesive with the liner.
