I bought it for my trips and it works great. It has all the necessary inputs and outputs for all countries. It is suitable for charging all mobile devices including laptops (65W USB-C output). A big plus is that it has a fuse to protect your equipment. As a bonus, it has a spare fuse to ensure you can restore it in case of failure. Recommend!

It's a quality product, you'd think they couldn't do much with an international power adapter, but they added about as many bells and whistles as you could hope for for such a simple device. It feels sturdy, it's compact, it has an led light when plugged in so you know if it's getting power from the outlet (and therefore don't have to wonder if it's the plug or your device that's at issue if it doesn't work), the process of switching between international plug styles is easy (push in button and slider, otherwise they stay locked in the unit), and it has four usb ports. But my favorite part about it is that it has an easy to access fuse along with an extra fuse, meaning, if there is some sort of power surge that exceeds the amps, the fuse should blow, not your device AND there you can switch them out with your fingernail. Now I'm no electrician, so research it carefully, but that add on seems like a nice plus to me. I tested it with two different devices at home, and everything checked out (I tested every port multiple times, I'm a bit overly cautious). Looking forward to using it on my trip coming up. One quick word of warning, though, this is a voltage adapter NOT a voltage converter. They're pretty clear on that on the product page. I had to google what that meant, and you should too. The gist is that if you're in a country that doesn't use American 120v, AND your device is not duel voltage (designed to take in either 120 or 240), then DO NOT plug your device into an outlet with a different voltage feed. The good news is that most adapters (like your block plug for an iphone or your laptop adapter adapter, etc) will be duel voltage, BUT MAKE SURE YOU CHECK BEFORE PLUGGING THINGS IN, otherwise you could fry something. That is of particular caution if you use the USB ports! Make sure your USB ports are either using a device that is the same voltage as the outlet, or the USB plug is converting to the device voltage for you. I'm not an electrician, but I'm guessing most of the conversion happens in the block plugs, not the USB cord. So be careful. But besides that, seriously, a great product! Better features than any of the international adapters I've used before, and I've owned three or so in the past (I travel a lot).

65w charging works! Easily connects to whatever plug they decide to place on cruise ships. Worked with all the different outlets we encountered on our recent trip. Best part is they plug into each other inline so you can stack them when there is only one outlet.

Worked great in Italy. Some outlets are loose so you need something under to prop it up since it’s big and bulky and will fall a bit, but it’s 100% worth buying.

Favorite adapter. I have many of these, but this so far is the best. I just came back from Europe and it is all I needed for my phone, shavers, bluetooth devices. Strongly suggested over others.

The 65W outlet does not work, which prevents me from being able to fast charge. The charging speed and size were the reason why I bought the charger, so I'm quite disappointed. The rest of the charging points work well but they are at much slower speeds (20W). There is also no way to get in touch with the seller to discuss this issue. I would recommend buying another adapter from a more reputable brand.
