Best cycle, gear shifting is nice,suspension is the best and the shimano gears of a nice company, breaks are very nice, colour combination is very good value for money,cycle is light weight ,easy to use ,size is perfect and cycle has smoothness

I am writing this review after using the MTB for almost a month. The MTB is very good & rides smoothly.One can easily assemble it by themselves.The cult sport team is very active and supportive.Infact there was a missing part in the parcel and I contacted the Amazon team wrt the same and after having multiple follow ups they gave me an option to replace the cycle instead of sending the missed part.But I didn't like that option as I had personally assembled the MTB.Next, I had conversation with the cult sport team, they are very humble and addressed my query by sending the missed part.One thing to note, the gears should be properly set otherwise it will make a quirky sound while riding & also feels hard to ride.So my suggestion would be, if your not familiar with gear settings then do visit nearby cycle shop & get the settings done they charge bare minimum amount.

Not the best of cycles that you can buy, but definitely the best one for the price range.It's strong, sturdy, and the colour pattern gives it a dashing look.At this price range it surely does have some gear shifting issues when going from higher to lower gear, but I believe it can be lived with.The installation was performed within 2 days and the technician was very good. The fitting provided by manufacturer was faulty but he checked for all the nuts and screws properly assembled the cycle.Also had a good experience with the customer representative of Cult Sport, the description for this cycle mentions mudguard is provided with the cycle but I didnot receive it initially, and on pointing it out to the representative, he did took some time but it was couriered to me separately.

It has been a bad product and customer experience till now. Waited for 2 days as was informed by delivery guy that installation request is automatically registered but that did not happen. Contacted Amazon customer support and waited as was transferred to 4-5 Support Executives. Finally was informed that I will need to call Cultfit customer support. Received a call from Cultfit Customer support that installation will happen in next 72 hrs, Requested her for early installation and technician arrived the next day. The mud fenders were missing and he assured that he will report back the issue. He assembled the bicycle and left. However, the rear tyre got deflated in 30 mins. Have reported it to the technician as well as Cultfit Customer support. The lady reverted that I should get the tyre issue fixed locally. I am planning to return the bicycle as it does not make sense to accept a defective product and the Cultfit does not seem to be geared to support the product.Update 11th Sept: I informed Cultfit support team that I intend to return the product if the issues are not sorted out before the return window period ends. I also flagged that issue that no vendor for supporting MTBs as available in Greater Noida. The same technician who had assembled the bicycle visited our premises to make an assessment again! (He had earlier said that he had already reported the issues and these would be sorted out).Meanwhile, I received a call from someone who seemed someone senior to the agents that had been interacting earlier and on learning that I intend to return the product made the technician collect the bicycle and get the issues sorted out within an hour or so.I am totally at a loss to understand why the same resolution could not have been provided earlier and why should the customer have to reach the point of frustation and despair to return the product. I must thank one reviewer who had shared his experience in the month of July where the same issues were mentioned and his review helped me understand that other customers had also faced similar issue.Update 16th Sept: I received a call again today from Cultfit Support and I informed them that I do not intend to change the rating as Customers (like me) just go by overall rating of the product and blindly order the product without realising what they are getting into.

Cycle that I have received is the same what I have expected the look and everything is very good.The fitting service provided on time and the guy is also very nice.Apart from cycle the cultfit is providing some free session and guide for health.I have scheduled one cardio session with Uma saini.She was really nice in talking and explaining the excercise.we practice many thing and created a routine for the excercise as well.for her I will say she has good experience.One thing is that they are not providing the med gaurd as an assessories that is ok because they have not mentioned it.It's my fault that I shaw the image of the cycle and order.For now this is all .I will update any issue as well if I get in future but for now what they have provided is really nice and worth.Had good session with ankmala choudhary on yoga.she present very clearly and also given many tips.

The cycle is good, the build is good. It was comfortable riding it. It has some issue while shifting the gears. The installation was done by cultsport team.The mudguard was not present during delivery, so had to raise a support ticket with the cultsport team and they delivered it.Cultsport also had given a complimentary diet plan, the nutritionist Surya was attentive and shared a diet plan according to my workout plans and comfort.

From the day the cycle got delivered and support we got from the installation team is very good.They followed up regularly making sure the installation is done on time. The cycle is running fine without any issues till now..I wd say a good product to rely on.

After 2 days of usage, I feel the product should be sent with few more accessories.Like mudguard, rear carriage and water bottle holder, bicycle bell.That's the reason giving 3 stars.Offering discount meaning should not be removing accessories.
