4 stars because the shoulder straps have very very little padding however the bag can take a full load (4 boxes of beer) and still hold its shape and be useable so, good bag 👍

I’ve been using it for about 1-2 months now and it has ripped on the strap it’s not very good at carrying weights that’s are excessive so most McDonald deliveries definitely are fine okay size can fit two deliveries in a once if you stack them carefully but not the best for orders with drinks due to lack of spacers. It’s okay for the value but wouldn’t recommend for long use but does keep food warm

I really love this product. I use to every time I go food shopping. It is roomy and keeps everyone cold from the freezer section. Love it!!

Bought it on a sale and I use it for groceries and to carry board games. Very good bag

There are other deluxe delivery bags out there for double or triple the price of this bag. EXACTLY what I was looking for. Reflective stripes for the night. Bright color. Smaller personal pizzas, normal sized food takeout packages (*two to three), practically all liquor orders will all fit well. If you are constantly in the rain, this bag will keep the packages dry BUT! The nice padded handle & backpack straps will turn moldy if you do not dry out the bag after your work over a month or two. That was the reason I disposed of my last bag. It is water resistant, not water proof! Missing tiny peg-legs on bottum of bag so be careful if you set the bag down on a puddle or mud or snow. If you have a spill, the bag is well designed at the bottum to clean out (*perhaps consider leaving a hand towel inside). The side pouch can handle some sealed bubbletea drink orders but I would not put hot beverages in this side pouch.

Je l'ai initialement acheté car les sacs à dos spéciaux pour le transport de jeux de société étaient vraiment trop chers. Et il est si spacieux qu'on peut en ranger beaucoup dedans. Il est isotherme donc parfait également pour le transport de vos commissions ou de plats chauds. Il est robuste et je ne crois pas qu'on puisse faire mieux en terme d'espace de rangement dans un sac à dos. Attention à vos vertèbres, tout de même, il ne faudrait pas y mettre trop de poids.
