If you're reading this, you already know what Lion's Mane does for your brain. As someone with mild adult ADHD, I purchase this help me with focus and energy. I have buying from this company for quite some time now, and have always been pleased with the quality of their product. It is fresh and finely ground to allow me to add to my coffee in the morning in which is dissolves completely and gives my coffee and additional lovely 'nutty' taste that I LOVE! I'm sure I'll be ordering more of this product as needed!

I add this to my coffee and have used it to make capsule supplements. I take it daily as does my husband and my dog. My vet says it's great for the dog and she's extremely healthy so it must be! I notice it seems to help my memory and grogginess when I add it in my coffee. Works well.

I like this in ways most people don't share. I first tried in coffee and was disgusted. I love coffee, plain, and couldn't believe people actually like it that way! I then experimented and found that a spoon mixed in hot water, with a splash of non dairy milk (or dairy milk I guess), made a huge difference in taste. The milk smoothed out the bitterness and it tasted like what I'd expect from mushrooms. I add to all kinds of grain-in my oats and berries for breakfast. In cooked grains with some mayo or butter, some miso and veggies. In sauces.I do feel my focus is heightened with this lionsmane. I have no side effects, and use about a teaspoon

The product works well in my morning coffee. It doesn't mix as well in cold liquids. The spoon that comes with it is not a serving size. It says to us half a spoon full that harder to do, sense the powder is so fine. It should last a long time. I haven't noticed a big difference in my remember but maybe it takes a little time. The price is a good value for the quantity and the quality seems good as well. I would probably buy again.

I refill my own capsules with this product, I do not like waste so i have tried the little powder that falls outside the pill by accident, it tastes sweet and somewhat as if it were roasted, at the very end you can taste a little bit of bitterness, but bearable. It has helped me stay focused even when I do not sleep enough, I am under stress and have to take quick decisions.

The media could not be loaded. The product looks organic and has light color compared to other lions maine product that are very dark brown (i dont believe thats even a lions maine). The product has a pleasant taste like a milk. It doesn't have any awful smell. The product is almost perfect not until i become soooo dizzy and i am having a brain fog. I have to wait until its gone and it lasts up to 2 hours and then i am ok.So i take this product with extra precautions and i start very very little and half only of the very little baby scoop provided inside. I only take nature bell organic Lions maine once in a day, in the morning. If this product works for you then good for you👍
