So Convenient and Long-Lasting!
I love that this Ring doorbell runs on a battery – it made installation super easy, and I didn’t have to worry about wiring anything. The battery life is amazing too! Ours lasted over 6 months before needing a recharge, which was a pleasant surprise.It works great, gives us peace of mind, and the app makes it easy to keep an eye on things. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a simple, reliable setup!

Not complicated
This came really quick. It took a whole night to charge it. It’s in the door but I haven’t moved back in yet so I haven’t had a chance to download the app and program it. I’ll have to give you feedback on that once I get that done.

This is the second review for this device as I purchased two around the holidays.
I thought I mentioned pretty much everything as far as the doorbell and the maintainer/charger from Ring in my other review. But I hit the button too quick and posted it, I would like to add also that this is a video doorbell, so you can just push the button and ring the optional chime or you can talk to whoever's inside the house or outside for that matter and actually carry on a conversation if you want to, or leave a recorded message that you can't answer the door right now. It also comes across your phone, and also works with Alexa. I can be at work 13 miles away from my home and look at the app on my phone and bring up the live view on either camera and see what's going on around my house or talk to whoever's at my door, if that was the case. You can use this without a subscription, but like with anything else it's limited. I opted for the subscription to get the most out of them. So far I like them.
