I actually really love this new formula. I don't think the scent is strong and overbearing, but has a light tropical coconut smell and is rather heavenly.That being said, I don't think they should have gotten rid of the old formula. They should market this one as a "new" twist on the old formula, while still keeping the old one as a separate product. Understanding that some people are very sensitive to fragrance and chemicals, the old formula was perfect for a lot of people.However, for those who do well with a little fragrance, this new bottle is just the perfect product and I happen to LOVE it.Please don't get rid of this one! The suggestion would be to keep both and market as two separate products.

Foams up nicely. Just a gentle scent. I wish I could use stronger scented items, but they make me sneeze all day so this is perfect. I feel clean and my skin feels soft. I’ve been buying a variety of this brand for years.

I love this body wash. Excellent smell and it definitely moisturizers.

They ruined the formula! It was so much better before, especially ingredient-wise. Now the formula has a very strong and terrible perfume smell. I thought it wouldn’t be that bad when I read the other reviews but it was quite terrible and disappointing, and I’m not even sensitive to smells or perfume.

If you liked the original 100% Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Body Wash, this product may not be for you. It's not just a bottle redesign. The product is a completely new formula. it looks different, it feels different, it foams different, and it smells different. It's entirely misleading for them to even try to associate the two.Notably, the new version is also not certified as cruelty free.
