It has been some time since I started using this office chair, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my work-from-home setup. I was a little skeptical about the massage feature at first, but it’s turned out to be one of my favorite parts of the chair. After sitting for hours, the gentle massage helps ease the tension in my back, and the heating function is a nice bonus—it’s like a warm hug for my lower back, especially on chilly mornings.Assembly was easier than I expected. I’m not the best at putting furniture together, but the instructions were straightforward, and all the necessary tools were included. It took me about 45 minutes to get it set up, and I was proud of myself for managing it without any help. The chair felt sturdy when I first tested it out after its assembly.The chair is quite adjustable, which I really appreciate. The armrests move up and down, and the reclining feature lets me lean back comfortably when I need a quick break. The retractable footrest is a nice touch—it slides out smoothly and gives me a chance to stretch out during long work sessions.What stands out most to me is how comfortable and supportive it is. The lumbar support is just right, and the seat cushion strikes a good balance between firm and cozy.Overall, this chair has made my workdays so much more comfortable. The set-up of this awesome chair is quite simple and easy with step by step instruction charts. No missing parts or no damaged came in great packaging with thicker cardboard box. The leather and cushions are both flexible and soft and comfortable while I was working at home. This is a great chair for its massage features with multiple settings and modes as well as heating and the wheels are so smooth when u move around too. Modern outlook for its so standup and unique design. I got it about two weeks so far so good and it really does job for its price and I love it.

So excited about this chair, I was concerned about my mad assembly skills at first. PROs: very comfortable, it would fit an XL person well, it is wide and tall. I'm 5'6" and there is plenty of room in the seat/back area. The manual has a QR code for assembly. The heating is great and there are plenty of massage settings to choose from. Lays flat, foot rest makes it comfortable.CONs: the assembly took amost 1hr. I could not get the back rest to fit the seat. I do wish it had an adjustable pillow for the neck. The instructions on the QR code were for a completely different chair but it wasn't hard to figure it out. I wish the power cord was longer, when I move the chair to mop or towards the printer it unplugs. There was an extra piece, no idea what it was for and didn't fit anything, so I added it to protect the cords. Overall great chair, highly recommended it, great for the price!

I have waited for a few months before ordering this chair. I finally pulled the trigger and did it. The chair came in we got it all put together, and well I am 5'5 about 120 lbs. and well it does not lower down far enough for me. I look like a little kid with my legs dangling so I had to get a small foot stool to rest my feet on. Now I have used the chair for about a week and the heat and massager stopped working all together like there is absolutely no power to it. I am waiting on a response from the company now, but I will be returning it. Overall, the chair is great and is super comfortable and I love the footrest. Let's just hope they stand behind their product.UPDATE: As of March, The company and amazon are working with me to try to solve the issues mentioned above.

The chair looks really nice, but it’s not strong build quality. The arm rest keeps collapsing. However, it’s very soft and comfortable. The massager is just a vibrator and it’s not good. The heat is nice.

The wheels roll very smoothly and the chair doesn't wobble at all. The leather material feels premium and breathable, and there's no bad smell. The ergonomic design provides excellent support and is very comfortable even for long periods of sitting. The cushions are very soft and firm, and the good lumbar support prevents back pain. The built-in massage function has just the right vibration intensity, which is great for relieving stress during breaks from work and gaming. The remote control is also simple and easy to understand.Overall, this is definitely a super affordable combination of comfort, functionality, and excellent quality for those who sit at a desk for a long time. This chair is amazing! first of all , I am 6'3, 300 lbs. and I sit and work in it 8 hours a day. The cushioning is outstanding even for a big guy like me. One of the best features are the adjustable arm rests. Most armrests are usually to low because of my height. Not these, they are perfect, almost like sitting in a recliner. And then to put the cherry on top, add in massage and heat. I was thinking these ywo features however cool it may sound, probably wouldnt make a huge difference. I was wrong! Heat is great, and the massage can be felt and is very soothing. Kudos for a well made product at a good price.
