Perfect for long runs. Great flavour

SIS gels are a bit thicker than some others, but I really like this flavour, the citrus perks me up. There can be a bit fiddly to open, particularly if you've got sweaty hands, but with a bit of practice, they are absolutely fine. They work really well for me

Be careful when choosing as there is “Electrolytes “ and Isotonic “ Gels. The taste of the Electrolyte Lemon and Lime is very pleasant. The strength is exactly described and works instantly. Very easy to break the seal and digest.

Sis gels taste great and do a good job but the packaging is terrible they have burst in my luggage, my running pouch, my wash bag, my bag pack, my pocket and in the post when they arrived. Avoid these unless you like being covered in a sticky mess.

Love these as you get a bit of energy plus salts so helps to keep leg cramps away

Only used one gel as it wasn’t the best taste….. plus explosion of one of the tubes when it arrived and another exploded in my running vest during a run which was unopened at the time until it exploded. Maybe a faulty pack. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Il stick to the original sis gel without electrolytes next time.

Does what it says on the tin. Rehydrates and makes you feel good

Ottimo sapore, rapido ed efficace, ti ricarica di energia, fa ciò che promette. Già ricomprato la seconda volta. Costa un po' di più del normale, ma lo consiglio.

Habe vorher oft die Gels von PowerBar genutzt (funktionieren ebenfalls sehr gut), die sind im Vergleich allerdings sehr süß / hoch konzentriert. Die Gels von SIS lassen sich leichter konsumieren auch ohne direkt viel zu Trinken. Aus meiner Erfahrung sehr gut verdaulich. Ich nutze sie meist bei Ausfahrten > 2 Stunden.

Prodotto che abbiamo conosciuto nella mezza maratona di Madrid. Sapore buono e ottima assorbenza. Non serve acqua per berli e funzionano molto bene. Ordine arrivato nei tempi stabiliti e ben imballato. Sicuramente seguiranno altri acquisti.
