Gee, maybe we should let people know…
1 star, but it should probably be Amazon’s fault. This product has a European outlet, yet Amazon makes not mention at the top of the page, nor do any photos feature the outlet. Pretty stupid to not warn people prior to the purchase. Could I have scrolled down and viewed the reviews that mention this? Probably. But a customer shouldn’t have to search reviews to find out it’s a flawed product for sale in the U.S. And this company should care more about it’s brand, if it did, it would make sure customers are aware of the outlet issue.

Wrong Power cord.
The Power cord does not match the American standard outlet. Not worth the price paid.

How could they sell this in the U S without mentioning the plug is incompatible? Now Amazon says it’s not returnable!!! I just spent a lot of money- bought two for Christmas presents. How can they not accept returns? BEWARE

Why sold in USA???
I agree with the rest od the reviews. Is not compatible with US plugs or adapters. Should not be offered here. Or at least have a product specification that it is a euro plug. Very frustrating as these were purchased for Christmas and not able to be used. Will be returning. But did not help my christmas spirit!!

This product should not be sold to the United States it does not match up to our outlet we got 110 not 220 so I have to return it.

Do not buy if you live in USA
Made for 240 volt current and not compatible with US POWER GRID. Not adaptable. Have no idea if it works well. Cannot use it!

This item came with a European plug and no adapter. I have no idea why it’s being offered in the USA. I have no idea why there’s no indication that a European plug in the details for the item.

War ein Weihnachtsgeschenk für meine Frau.Sie ist sehr zufrieden, das Gerät macht einen sehr guten Kakao. Für deutsche Steckdosen braucht man allerdings einen Adapter.

Fait parfaitement les chocolats chauds, seul bémol il faut acheter un adaptateur pour brancher l'appareil sur les prises de courants françaises et vue le prix je trouve qu'elle devrait être livrée avec pour les achats en France.
