I purchased this new derma roller specifically for my scalp. I lost quite a bit of weight pretty quickly and I lost a lot of my hair. My dermatologist suggested that I start derma rolling my scalp to help stimulate new hair growth. I’ve only been using this a few weeks and I definitely know that it’s starting to work. The dermatologist said she can already see lots of baby hairs starting to grow.

I use the 1 mm length on my scalp and despite my nearly waist length hair, the dermaroller doesn't catch or tangle. This one seems to be a better quality than some of the cheaper ones I've owned. The weight of the handle and head is a nice touch.

I have used rollers on my face before but not as high of a mm as the 1.0mm this one is. However, I purchased this to use on my scalp. Just the same I was nervous that 1.0mm would be painful, but to my surprise it isn't at all. It feels more like a tingle. I use this every other day and will eventually work up to every day. I am hopeful that it will help improve the thickness of my hair.
