Dwarf Lavatara
Arrived in good condition but was smaller than expected - my fault I didn't measure correctly. Have repotted and already can see new growth so keeping an eye on this as the weather changes. Is evergreen and especially designed for pots or smaller gardens. Looking forward to next season to see it grow and bloom.Would buy again

The advert led me to believe it could straight away be put outside to grow into a pretty bush on my balcony.
I was expecting the plant to be in a pot which I could place on my balcony, but the pot is just a tiny black plastic one, the compost very wet and root-bound too. It needs a bigger pot . The plant itself arrived looking wilted with some of its leaves dying. It has survived because I immediately put it onto a sunny window indoors, that's all I can do until I can buy a larger pot and some more compost. I think it will be good once that is done.

Not good, very poor
Its probably not a good idea to send a plant out that is bone dry and showing obvious signs of drought. Very poor quality, small and feeble. I'm not sure any amount of TLC will get it to survive. There was no label on the plant so in respect of lack of care on your part I'm not even sure Ive been sent the right plant. Sorry but wont be buying from you again.JFW
