I live in a state that passed a law that prohibits holding your phone while you drive. This works perfect. I have had it through all the New England seasons and it works perfectly. No issues with it coming detached. The hinge is strong and holds my phone at the perfect angle, and holds it even in sudden stops and sharp turns. It has perfect tension so it is not hard to place my phone in or remove it and the sleek design is discreet and not out of place on my dashboard.

Boyfriend was taking a road trip to go fishing with his buddies far far away. I got him this to hold his cellphone while it gave him driving directions. He ended up not using it because he thought it obscures windshield space and space on his dashboard. I think it’s cool! But I already have built in GPS in my truck. It would. It work min my son’s Toyota IA. No place for it. So, It will probably end up with some lucky person at my next garage sale.

Like most, I’ve sought a device that will securely hold my iPhone when I’m driving, keep it positioned so I can see the display, and not shake or wobble. This is the only one I’ve found. It secured easily to the dashboard without obstructing the road and clearly displayed my route at a natural viewing angle. This is the easiest, most useful car phone holder yet (and I’ve tried plenty of them). And it’s the safest—you don’t have to take your eyes off the road to check route. I’ve already gotten another one for my pickup truck.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It allows me to have my phone on the dash, without having to remove the wallet-cover protector. However, the sticky circle on the bottom doesn't stick to my textured, hard plastic dash. (Yes, I removed the plastic film to expose the stickiness. And yes, I cleaned and dried my dashboard before installing it.) My dashboard has a pimply texture (I don't know what else to call it), and the thing just does not stick. I'm considering velcro....

This phone mount is awesome! Super sticky on the bottom so I know it won’t move unless I want it too. I didn’t like the position when I first put it on and I was able to pull it off and stick it in a different place easily and it didn’t lose any stick. It holds my phone really well and feels very secure. Much better than the vent mount and other things I’ve tried in the past. I’m very happy I gave this one a try!

I have purchased 3 additional since the one for myself, because ppl keep inquiring about mine and my sister really found mine useful on our roadtrip with using gps. This is a solid product, easy to install and so far has stayed in place, even in our norcal 100 degree heat!

I have tried no fewer than 5 different phone mounts for my 2002 Ford Explorer. None of them worked for very long. A couple never worked at all. This mount is designed in such a way that my phone is safely cradled against bumps (living on a dirt road, it's imperative) and the mount itself stays put. I think I've finally found the one that will last.

I am not sure if something I did wrong because I bought two of these before (black) and I bought a gray one this time. The suction didn’t work as well as the other two. I absolutely love it, otherwise!
