Working in a restaurant I became accustomed to temping food to make sure it was cooked properly and wanted to have a good thermometer to use at home. I’ve now used this several times and it’s perfect for what I need! While I primarily bought it to use for meat, I have also used it as a candy thermometer and worked just as well. Convenient having meat temperatures listed on the box. Really happy with this thermometer and glad I have it in my kitchen!

Great product for the price! I use my rotisserie quite a bit and this thermometer gives me an instant read so I can tell if my meat is done or needs a little more time.
