We bought these for cocktails and it works well. Easily enough dissolved. Very subtle taste. Stores well. Foams nicely in a cocktail. I dissolve in warm water with a battery operated coffee stirrer - super easy!

Powdered egg whites is powdered egg whites and these are them apparently.

I have now purchased this product twice and it works perfectly well to make Keto bread. I have to use 1 1/2 cups to make my recipe and I am only able to make one loaf and then there is not enough to make a full second loaf in the bag so to me the price is way too high! Again I did order this twice and if price was not an issue I would purchase it again.

This product is great for carnivore breads and keto as well.akes great stiff peaks for meringues as well. It is a little costly however. Other than that. iI was very satisfied and have already ordered a second bag

I used this in my fruit smoothy for protein, I could not taste, nor did I get an upset stomach like I did when I used soy or other plant-based proteins. Highly recommend and will buy the product, again.

Love this stuff! I use it in my coffee on the Carnivore diet. Amazing taste and fluffs up so nicely!
