Careful ordering here, they've sent the wrong item multiple times, so I had to buy somewhere else.The actual hat is amazing, I have 3 that I wear casually, for golf, and for working out. They go with everything and have a nice, modern look for any athletic outfit. I plan to buy more!

The shipping was horrible! The hats had dents in it from shipping. I contacted Merlin and they made it right. 2 Stars with Amazon, 5 Stars with Merlin customer service!

I honestly expected so much more from a hat that is this expensive. I should have taken a picture before I washed it. I simply sat outside while wearing it and the sweat stains showed immediately. That or it’s the black band bleeding through. Combine this with the wrinkle in the crown that I didn’t notice until I washed it and I’m regretting my purchase. $75 after taxes on a hat that’s simply ok is a bit frustrating.

I started buying multiple melin hats as their quality promise seemed great to me. The hats are still great but from 4 hats that have arrived, one came with its shape very deformed and another badly packaged and the shape came broken. I had to return both.

This review is about the shipping method NOT these amazing hats. Hands down the best cap I’ve ever owned. At $60 it should be.I received my Melin cap last week. It was delivered in an envelope. A hat delivered in an envelope? Of course it was crushed and the hat was creased. Even the bag in which the hat was placed had a sticker that said “SHIP IN BOX ONLY”. Anyway, I’ll write a new review when the hat comes in a box and isn’t damaged.
