Eye opening
A new topic to me, so it was really interesting in learning what Sophrology is all about. The hints and tips are fabulous and have really been beneficial. I loved the book. Thank you.

Interesting and helpful
Although there are many books in french, this is the first sophrology book, in english, in the world! Well done, Florence! It is interesting and inspiring to read Florence's personal story of what brought her to sophrology. I am sure many people will benefit from knowing that there is a way out of stress, anxiety and Burn-Out and even a way to prevent it.Florence has a very clear and informative way of explaining the sophrology exercises and tips for serenity. I think that many people will reap the benefits and enjoy an inner calmness that they probably never thought possible.I highly recommend this book to anybody who would like to make there like easier and more enjoyable.

The book offers some basic Sophrology tools to relax the body and calm the mind. It is a good introductory book for anyone who has no or little experience of relaxation. The exercises are quick, easy to learn and re-use in the everyday life. Simple tools to manage your stress levels. The more you practice these exercises, the quicker you will notice the benefits on your wellbeing. This book also gives you an insight of what Sophrology is and what it has to offer. Sophrology is a very structured discipline which has its own vocabulary and techniques. Florence presents Sophrology here in a plain and easy to understand vocabulary.
