Great Product but size restricts its use!
This is a great product and I selected it after reading many other reviews of different products, one which stated that the item was too wide to permit chin ups, so as this item had no such adverse comment, I bought it, but it should have had such a comment!So, rather than subjective comments, here are, I hope, my objective comments which may assist other buyers.Unless you have a chest size of about 46" (116cm), it is too wide to permit Bicep focused chin ups - I'm 40" (102cm).Unless you are 6' (1.80m) tall or have an unusually long torso, it will restrict your hip joint so that running or squats are restricted/difficult. I am 5' 10" (1.75m) tall and have to position the vest more to the rear so I can wear it even while walking.Assuming these dimensions do not cause you problems, it is an excellent product and so far (only had it a week) seems well made and sturdy.

The Product Description stated that 'Flex Gel, moulds to the contours of your body to provide a unique custom fit' but it did nothing of the sort and I found it to be much too rigid. I also found it virtually impossible to put on and off by myself.
