Cream is excellent. I picked it up for my husband who has some elbow pain and it should give him a small amount of relief. I also noticed that the bruise that he had also improved in his appearance. Because it’s a cream, it was not greasy and it’s very easy to use. Great quality. Recommend using the cream twice a day so if you do it, we would just sleep the tube will probably last about six weeks. I’ve really like this product. an update on this product my husband’s been using this cream for almost 2 weeks and he definitely notices a difference. The bruise stated quickly and he felt they gave him some pain relief excellent product.

I wish I had bought stock in this company when I discovered it over 28 years ago. It’s a multitasking phenomenon. Bruising (deep & terrible ones included), swelling and pain relief delivered in a cream that is soothing and works incredibly fast. The quality, quantity and value are unmatched. No greasiness & an extremely faint smell that vanishes (like an Avene barrier cream). This product has been a savior for me in so many ways. Love, love, love! We have been using Arnica variants for a very long time. It works great and there is no side effects. I am writing this review to let folks know about a fluke that worked in my favor. I was carrying a box and tripped, at first I tried to gain control of my self but it was clear I was going down. I tossed the box so I would not land on it and for the life of me I can not figure out how I faceplanted and broke my nose. Lord help me if I had seen someone else do that, because I would have never been able to stop laughing long enough to help the poor soul up. Of course I laugh about it now, but at the time, I heard my nose break. Needless to say crimson was all over. After gathering my wits I got up and grabbed a bag of frozen corn and some paper towels. (to heck with the flung box) I went into the bathroom to clean up and look at my nose, yep broken. The tube of Arnica was sitting on the counter so I slathered that arnica all over my face. I did not put any next to my eyes by the bridge of my nose. For the next few hours I rotated ice packs and arnica treatments. I swear to you, the only part of my face that ever bruised was the inner area of my eyes by the bridge of my nose where I did not put the Arnica. I wear glasses, and lucky for me they flew off my face before I hit the ground, but the point is, I wear glasses so the bruising on my bridge was not visibly obvious. (grant you I was not keen on wearing my glasses because my nose was absolutely killing me.) No bruising, but still hurt. About 2 weeks later and there was no visible sign of the accident. (still a bit sensitive for a few more weeks after clear up but no more visible signs of any kind) Arnica worked magic on the bruising and swelling. ( The Ice helped too)

I am a stretch therapist and always recommend this to my patients! I also constantly replenish my own supply. I learned about it approx 10 years ago during a soccer tournament when I got cleated pretty hard. My teammate shared hers with me and the bruise not only healed faster than I had anticipated, but when applied right after, lessened the inflammation and marks. I also have some really *fun* allergies like propylene glycol, vitamin e, etc... this doesn't have any of that. It also does not smell, or get hot or cold, so you can apply ("set it and forget it!") and you'll realize after a short time that the discomfort has resolved. I prefer cream, but the brand makes a few versions of a roll on and spray I also like.
