Superior chef-style equipment. I found it very easy to use and the blades are really sharp so the gloves come in really handy, though it still never stopped it from splitting my nails with the gloves on so, I suggest getting some nail guards too. So far I have Julian's crinkle cut and chipped my way through my vegetables with veritable ease. The parts are easy to remove and easily cleaned and has cut my cooking prep time I'm in half. A really good buy and worth the money.

This mandoline is good and would have got five stars but the adjustment is very clunky and it regularly sticks when attempting to adjust. Otherwise a very good buy!
