The seller does not explain it well. This box is useful if you have continuous loads like AC, fans, motors, etc. These basically can be modeled as an inductor. inductors and capacitors react differently to a constant power line voltage, as a matter of fact they can cancel each other out if their loads are the same. So basically this box is a capacitor box. If your house has a fan running 24/7 then this box may cancel a big part of it's load. if you have no inductive loads then plugging this box in may increase your bill. If you have an inductive load for your house and you buy 5 of these to use, you may actually increase your bill because you have changed your house load to a big capacitor. Again the bigger inductive load your house has the more of these you need. If you connect too many your bill may go up. if your inductive load is only on for a couple of hours then this box will not save money during the off time and may actually increase the bill. if you can have the PF (power factor) measured then do so.

I bought this because I was getting clobbered with my electric bill. My last bill was $200 or $6.00 a day. I wrote down my meter reading, then plugged the power saver in my bathroom because it is closest to my electric meter. I decided to wait 24 hours and check my meter reading again.The next day I checked my meter and I had used 62 watts. My state charges $.20. I did the math and that day cost me $1.24.The next day was even better with a use of 39 watts. That day cost $.78.I am going to keep monitoring each day, but so far I am happy. To go from $6.00 a day to around a $1.00 a day!!Plus my house is cooler then it has ever been. My a/c is working awesome now.This thing does work.Update.... I used this about 1/2 of a billing cycle. My previous bill was $200.00 exactly. My next bill using this 1/2 of the cycle was $165. Something. But the fact is half a month and I went from $200. $165. That is amazing to me.Plus I used th struggle to keep my trailer cool. Now I am turning down my a/c!! I am liking this so far!!*****UPDATE*****I have added new screen shots from my electric bill that shows my savings. This is way down from last year. I love this little box. The Power co. Does not get me anymore. Plus, I did not change a thing.You have to get one!!

I did an amp draw before and after. Waste of money.As can clearly be seen by the in line amp meter, no savings on the same circuit.This was a constant draw air conditioner.Plugged in, metered surge and constant draw.Did similar amp draw test with LED lights, no reduction in anything except for my bank account. 😪I would NOT recommend this unit!

OK, I admit....I was just so curious about this item and....for the price, which my gut was telling me...NO NO NO !!, I bit and took the bait. I have had this item since September of 2018 and, just as most would suspect......it just definitely DON'T work. Sorry guys. For a lil' over $12.00, it's just , like I stated earlier....lesson learned. Yep, just like most of you that will admit it, not my first and probably won't be the last. Just keep in my on mind though, nobody got hurt. I just hate there are companies out there to pass along things such as this and even at such a low cost, they are getting rich from being dishonest.....smdh Anyways, hope this helps you future prospectors with this item. SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!

After review of home power invoicing, for five months, I can attest that this product does reduce costs of electricity.Well over 25% savings averaged per month in electrical costs in SW Florida climate.

Noted after a day of being proud to Plug It In within 5 min of delivery right next to the circuit breaker box 5 ft from the meter. Then because I have somewhat a background understanding electrical theory I started to laugh and thought well that's science and hopefully we learn from our mistakes. A building that has 220VAC coming into it (Like for your all your power hungry items) usually splits the 220VAC into 2 separate 180 degrees out of phase circuits @ 110VAC <WOW MAGIC> that is "Usually" distributed throughout a building. SO IF YA WANT 100% FILTERING GET 2, HAVE ONE ON EACH SIDE OF THE SPLIT 220VAC TO 110VAC SIDES. Try not to hurt yourself if you do not understand, ask around for someone knowledgeable to help you figure out your electrical needs.

Did not see any difference in electric bill. Even plugged it the closest possible to the counter.Do not buy.

Did not work as it was described and my power bill still so high
