Mulvadi 100% Hawaii Kona Coffee Ground Gourmet Roast (16 Oz./453 g)

One of the better coffees from Hawaii that you can order online for about what you pay in the grocery on island. I've bought a few of these before I decided to review it. I had one that was stale'ish for smell (not fresh coffee smell), but the taste was more than acceptable. True to the Hawaiian Coffee's, you get more taste, less bitter and usually a nice aroma (almost chocolatey).I made it a point to actually scan barcodes in while I was in Hawaii and see what can be ordered via amazon. Then I bought a bag of each. This is my second favorite brand and I'll keep buying while I can.

Hawaii Roasters stopped selling their premium Kona coffee so I had to find a new one. This was the second one I tried, and it's decent, especially for the price. I'll keep buying it.

A nice smooth Kona, but on the heavier acidic side. Sweet, earthy flavors, and extremely smooth. I took away 2 stars because of the acidity which is more prevalent in this coffee than others I've had and it does detract form the overall smooth/silky taste. For my tastes, it's good, but there are better, less acidic 100% Konas out there.

I enjoy the bold rich Kona flavor of the MULVADI 100% Ground Gourmet Roast Coffee.

Tasty coffee

This coffee has a smooth and tasty flavor, I purchased it to use with my kuerig brewer. A little bit goes a long way doing it this way. I found this brand on vacation on maui and knew I wanted to be able to enjoy it on a regular basis. I would really recommend it, especially at this price.

Is one of the best I have ever used. The taste and aroma is very repeatable over several times I have used this brand. I highly recommend it.

Not worth the price. Does not taste at all like what you get when visiting the Islands.
