This was a good item. I fixed my car.

Diagnostic efforts pointed to this part as the cause of a massive oil leak in housemate's 2014 Chevy Malibu with the 2.5L 4cyl motor. We followed the leak upward to its source, which seemed to be this part. Also found a couple other mentions on the web of this part causing an oil leak. Seemed an unlikely fix, but when we took the old part off, there was a metal piece inside that had broken off and YES, was the CAUSE of the oil leak. Installed this part, and problem solved. I think we used a little RTV gasket sealant on a surface to ensure a good seal. This part solved the oil leak problem for 2014 Chevy Malibu with 2.5L motor.

I have no problems, so far so good

Installed over 1 year ago and no issues at all.

Product came with hardware & gaskets, unfortunately looked like it had been used before, decided to go with another brand. for the price if you need on a budget would recommend.
