Works perfectly at a fraction of the cost
Don't spend £25-£40 Pounds. This product works perfectly for what its designed for. I like many, have been trying to get to grips with my snoring over the past several months to find something that will improve it. I've bought lots of devices, (mostly MAD devices) between £25-£40 simply wasting money on potential solutions that didn't work for me, because I had yet to find the root cause of my snoring. when I decided to try a tongue retainer, again, I saw lots of them advertised for much higher prices and thought why not buy one for £7 and give it a go. How different can they be. First of all its very comfortable (As a piece of silicone in your mouth can be). The silicone is very soft that fits around your tongue, the suction works and stays in all night. You need a bit of practice because you can get different suction forces depending on how you fit it. First night it fell out, but once I tried different methods and perfected it, it's actually quite difficult to release in the morning, which I guess is what you want. You can also insert your tongue at different depths which reflects on how far it will actually pull your tongue out when it rests on the outside of your mouth. Again something that needs perfecting based on your own situation. You do drool more with this type of device and swallowing is different when your tongue is being pulled out, but this I got used to after a couple of nights use. I found lying on your back elevated on three pillows set up like a wedge shape worked best instead of your side so you weren't covered in drool. I'm happy to say using my snore lab app, this device with elevated pillows has actually improved my snoring massively. Its early days and hoping for consistent results, but as I say the product itself is fit for the purpose its designed for, so don't be put off by the cheap price.

Works but...
Thought I'd give this a try to help with my snoring. It works perfectly once you get used it, but it won't stay on tongue which stops me from giving it a higher score

Worth a try but not any good for me.
Not very good, cant get used to it in mouth and never managed to fall asleep in mouth. I suppose it could work but not for me

Too small.
The depth slightly too small to maintain a good hold all night, therefore it falls off while sleeping defeating the purpose unfortunately.

This little retainer is brilliant, it has really helped my sleep apnea
This little retainer is brilliant, it has really helped my sleep apnea and its very comfortable to wear all night once you get used to it, it creates a vacuum and pulls your tongue forward into the retainer, I've tried lots of other things and this is the only thing that has worked for me, value for money and easy to use

Takes getting used to, but my partner says it works....
It does take some practice to use; often I wake and the product is no longer in my mouth which results in hunting around to find where it's gone! On at least one occasion I've created too much of a vacuum in the product and I've awoken with a slightly numb and swollen tongue! On the bright side, the device was still in my mouth and doing it's job! On the whole, it does seem to effectively maneuver the tongue away from the back of the throat, which I gather is one of the common causes of snoring. So basically this works for me - it's worth a try anyway. Once you're used to sleeping with your tongue effectively being "stuck out" it's actually quite comfortable.... (I've only given 4 stars as it does seem rather expensive for a single small molded rubber device....)

Works for me
I was skeptical but having tried everything I have finally found something that makes a difference. If your tongue falling back is the cause of your snoring then give this a try. It feels odd to begin with but you very quickly get used to it. 5 stars.

Squashed
Not as good quality as others I have brought in the past. The plastic is thinner. Came in a tiny storage pot which meant it was all folded up.
