Very strong stuff. Well packaged and quickly delivered. They aren't small but not the biggest supplements either. Just be careful not to take other supplements that have fenugreek in them as you maybe ingesting too high a dose.

I ran into problems with this product when I started to use it consecutively. It seemed to cause some stomach irritation. This is common when using these types of food spice products like Turmeric or Black Pepper. This product might benefit by having an additive to help absorbtion and recuce the impact on the gastrointestinal system. Maybe a liposomal form would be better? It's just a suggestion.
