Product package not designed to be used as shipping box.
The product itself is great and deserves 5 stars. The coffee does not have bitter taste. I enjoy the flavor of this coffee. Amazon goofed up on the shipping. The product packaging is not designed to be the actual shipping box. The perforated edges of the box were opened and the coffee was rolling out of the box. The delivery person was kind enough to place the OPENED package inside a plastic bag. It’s not the shipping company’s issue. The problem originated when Amazon chose not to put the package inside another box for protection. I am canceling my auto ship because I don’t want opened boxes when they arrive.
