I was really looking forward to using this monitor and laptop stand to improve my workspace, but unfortunately, the product came with a issue.The arm that connects to the laptop tray has an irregular or possibly damaged hole, which makes it impossible to tighten securely. No matter how I adjust it, the tray slowly going down.The rest of the stand seems okay, but this one flaw defeats the whole purpose of the product.
