I have been using this product for three years, because all the minerals, it's helps to improve wellness in general, I use it for candida albicans.

It has a unique flavor, I actually take a few chunks and simply pop them on my mouth and enjoy..

I don't know if i got a bad batch or if all Bamboo salt tastes like this but it tastes like Sulfur, smells like it too. Thats not just my opinion, i have had 5 other people try it without knowing what it was, they all spit it out and said it tastes like sulfur. I regret buying it but amazon has made it a PIA to return stuff now so i guess its money waisted. Do not buy it and make the same mistake i made.

Amazing product, odd smell of old stinky feet that seeps into everything you use it on but amazing product!

This product is vial tasting, in my opinion, is why the low rating. I love salts but this was a little much for me.
