When I went completely (mostly) vegan about 6 months ago, I researched on what supplements were really considered necessary. This was one that was consistently on the lists I found. So I found this brand and tried it. They are easy to take. I don't take as often as recommended. I take one maybe every other day along with a multivitamin, K2, magnesium. I feel great and have great energy levels. My memory seems better. I attribute all of this to my vegan diet, exercise, and including this supplement in program. I will definitely buy more when this bottle runs out.

I switched to algae based Omega 3 oils because I wasn't tolerating fish oil and I prefer to use vegan supplements. I'm really happy with having this product from a quality, ease of swallowing, health benefits and strength. I appreciate that there is no carrageenan in this product.

This is a really good supplement. My husband says he no longer feels joint pain since using them.

Easy to swallow, slight fish smell, but all vegan. No taste.

Keep buying them guess they work out for me.

This vegan omega supplement is the best I found on the market so far! It’s not super expensive, does the job and without that fishy taste or smell lol

This product is a fine supplement. No aftertaste! It's not outrageously expensive like a lot of vegan supplements are.
