This has been a wonderful addition to our evening vitamin regime. No bad taste, and within 20-30 minutes we're ready for bed, without feeling groggy. My husband has a hard time with taking pills, and he hasn't had any issues with swallowing two of these at night to help with his bedtime routine.

I purchased these in hopes it would help relieve anxiety naturally. I was not disappointed. There are absolutely no jitters, sleepiness or sleeplessness. Just a natural way to help control and reduce cortisol and the side effects of elevated cortisol. Great value.
