Flatiron Pepper Co, Dark and Smoky Premium Smoked Chile Flakes. Chipotle - Ancho - Habanero

This stuff is great!!! I used to go thru copious amounts of red pepper flakes. Then, I saw someone talking about this on YouTube; how it has more actual flavor, and decided to order a bottle. Because it is made with more than one kind of kind pepper, it provides different levels of heat all in one product. It is mildly smokey, and does bring some heat. I use it in macaroni and cheese, on pizza, and stir it into butter to finish a good steak. Heat is subjective, I’d say a little goes a long way, and you really should try this. No more red pepper flakes!

Wonderful as an addition on chili. Great spice and wonderful smokey flavor. You don’t need much the bottle will last foreve.

Chipotle - Ancho - Habanero - tres amigos - hey there are a lot of great products on Amazon - these are one - a flavor enhancer like no other - high end pepper trio. has a smoky effect a little hot but worth it. these are fantastic expand your flake arsenal with this all star!

Got suckered by Facebook ads for Flatiron. In purchased the original and the smoky one. So far this one is my favorote. It seems not as hot as the original and has great flavor.

Nice smokey flavor but just a little too hot for my taste buds so i dont use as much as I would like to.From the other reviews I read prior to purchasing, it sounded like the heat was more mellow (like the red pepper flakes at a pizza parlor).Maybe i'm just a whimp

If your wondering if this is something you should have in your spice cabinet...the answer is YES. It provides a richer slightly smokey heat to sooooo many dishes. It's not like its flaming hot...its just right. Its a must have and used all the time in my chef kitchen.
