I got them in a clear plastic bag type wrapper and noticed what looked like water drops. I thought somehow the plastic got wet and thought it was good that they were at least covered by the plastic until I realized the water was on the inside? Each individual sign was wet on both sides, and not just a little wet. It smelled like maybe a mild cleaner if anything? They don’t seem damaged.
