The FOTGA Canon FL FD Lenses to Sony E-mount adapter works great. Attaching an FD lens to the adapter:Turn the 'adapter aperture closure ring' so that 'its pin' is on the correct side of the 'FD lens aperturepost/tab'. If you do not do this, you can not stop down the FD lens aperture. FL has its own aperture closure ring on its lens.I use FL lenses: 50mm f3.5 macro, 28mm f3.5, 50mm f1.8. I also use FD 50mm f3.5 Macro. I use a Sony NEX-5N.

Handles hooking my new Sigma 500mm Canon mount lens to my Sony A7R-III with no major problem. Makes it easier for me to pick up used glass for other types of cameras at a much cheaper price. Only way I could afford both the camera and any full frame lenses around the same time.
