Great ice machine really worked for what we needed

This Ice maker has performed well. The vendor has always responded quickly with questions and has been more than helpful. I would definitely buy it again !!

I would recommend this ice machine. It works great. You do need to clean the machine regularly as recommended as I learnt today. I called technical support for help. They did a FaceTime call with me and showed me how to do it. The gentleman also sent me a video link showing me how to perform the descaling in detail. Great customer support.

Zero Stars!!! Customer service for this machine and company are non existent. I've had issues with my machine not making ice since the day I set it up. This machine breaks down every few months and here I am again with a broken down machine. Its under warranty and I cant get ANYONE to return calls, voice mails or emails. Ive left a ton! This company is a joke and so is their ice machine. Buyers be ware!!! You've been warned!!!!

Machine is great, ice production is good but bin size is not as advertised. 4 ice buckets and it's empty. Our soda machine can fit 120 pounds of bagged ice easily and four ice buckets empties this machine and only fills the soda machine half full.

Works great and easy set up!

This ice maker worked great with very easy setup. It keeps the bin full consistently. Great ice maker for the money.
