Works well. It was the bump start i needed for my weight loss. I liked the extra energy in the beginning.

Did not do as promised. No weight was lost even though directions were followed and healthy meals were eaten. Waste of money, just another diet gimmick.

I certainly wasted my money. Did not see any results. So bad, that I foolishly bought three months worth and only took most of one month. I wanted to return the other two, but there is a no return policy. Don't waste YOUR money.

I started use Avesil 10 ago, its really reduces my appetite after a week.I loose 1,1 kgms (sorry, im in EU) until 3 days, its a very good result.Anyway i will not controll my weight only at every second week.To tell the truth, i dont eat diners, just a youghurt, but i was very very hungry at first days at afternoon.I could sleep well, but i havent never problems with my enrgy level. :-)

I don't usually write reviews, but I thought I would this time because people who buy this seem to think it's some kind of a magic pill that'll make the fat disappear. Well let me break it to you, it's not.I'm not the kind of person who works out, never really liked it nor wanted it. I make all kinds of excuses to sit down and not exercice. So I was looking for something to give me that extra push that'll make me eat healthier and get off my lazy butt.Avesil helped me do just that, I don't know if the effect was merely psychological because i really wanted this or if this is the capsules effect, but I have a new found motivation to workout (1:30h everyday) and eat less (not necessarly healthier :P). I teamed this with a colorie counting app and started fasting for a while. I took 2 pills for the 1st four days then I've began fasting and took only 1 capsule before eating. In a little over 2 weeks, I lost nearly 10 pounds and I'm feeling thinner everyday. All I want to say is that, this pill will NOT work for you if you continue your lazy routine and expect it to magically make the weight go away! You have to work for it and it will help you boost the results. As for side effects, I didn't notice any, it has caffeine though but it didn't really bother me since I chug diet coke like it's my job everyday so i'm pretty used to it. I read that people got the jitters from using avesil but i think it's because they're not used to high amounts of cafeine. I'd recommend consulting with a doctor though.

I have only received one of the three bottles I paid for when do I get the other two bottles???

Don't buy. Not working. Should have researched more on this product before buying. A waste of money. Not worth spending even a dime.
