I am a RN with multiple sinus issues. Ive been using BREATHE RIGHT STRIPS, however my skin becomes irritated from the adhesives. This method WORKS. At the beginning I had to try the different sizes, and decided the smooth plastic ones were right for me. Not the grid style that I expected to like. They keep the nose holes open, it took a little while to get used to it, but I had also used a piece of a straw before buying this ! These are safe , they cant slip up into the nose and I stopped the breath right strips. ( I had sores from using them)I will have to find this again as they are sold out, and I doubt we can buy JUST the size you want. Its cheaper to send us all of them at once.

What a waste of money. It didnt open my beathing tubes all the way so still cant breathe comfortably at night and really wasnt that comfortable either

Didn’t like them, husband said I snored less the first night. After that they kept falling out. No instructions on how to use either.
