Very good customer service
Had one broken when delivered they were quick to respond and replace it which We got broken again because transportation which they got back to me really fast again then replace it. They work good have one in my 240 and the other in my 150. Will buy more from them

Exploded
Items literally exploded in the water. Both of them... one of them almost exploded on my hand after burning my finger. It was only set to 70....

no way they're 500w
Nope nope nope, not 500W. The pair of them couldn't heat up a 180 gallon tank by 10°F (from 70°F room temp to 80°F water temp). Either that or the temp gauge is so far off that you have to crank the temp above what you want it to be, and who knows if a faulty temp gauge will cook your fish when you're not home. Not worth the risk.

Working well so far. Don't run very long while on a heater controller. Heating 150 gallon system.

the heading led me to believe it wasn't glass.
Other than that, they are working well, so far

Not bad
The suction cups would not stick to the glass in my 500 gallon plywood tank so i hid them in the back behind decor all is good now.

Not the best choice
These are not that good for the long term (3months +)...suggest seperate controller type heaters.
