This is my third teleprompter which is finally a keeper, after returning two previous models. The construction is solid, made out of sturdy and good quality materials. Unlike the previous models which were made out of a flimsy plastic. The setup is fast and easy. It comes pre-assembled, you only need to secure two screws and to Velcro the hood. The teleprompter is a perfect fit for my 12.9” iPad and works just as fine for my cellphone. It can basically accommodate all screen sizes up to the 12.9” tablets. The app was straightforward to install. It is free and the developer is not collecting any data. It works flawlessly and is super easy to use. You can customize the font size, font color, background color. You can customize the speed according to your speech pace and you can customize the frame, full screen or smaller. You can use the prompter with the remote or with the app. After you select the speed, you just click the start button on the screen. The remote is of a perfect size, very comfortable to handle. It needs two AAA batteries that are not included. Not a big deal as they last forever. Pairing the remote is done in seconds. You just press the Bluetooth button on the remote and pair with your device. All commands function as advertised. I am pleased with this prompter from every single perspective, the best choice I could have made.

So worth the price! I'm a volunteer host for a local film festival and actually bought this for the festival to use for presentations. Before, I'd try to memorize a lot of lines, but this makes life SO much easier!

Delivers what it pro.ises. im new to using a teleprompter and it is easy to use. The set up was super easy as it was already pre-setup. I just had to screw one screw a d add the cover. The bag ot came in is nice as well. The app loaded great on my phone and does work. Not sure why so many say it dosent but if I have any issues I will update this review, but so far so good.

This Teleprompter includes a remote control designed to control the pacing of your prompts. The remote indicates you should use an app and provides a link to the Apple App Store. The apps name is S-Teleprompter which is not available from the Apple App Store in this country. The marketing is deceptive and I now have $104 paper weight.

I’ve worked with professional promoters and this is just as effective for small format cameras. I have a Panasonic G7 and they worked great together. Used my iPad mini as the source— sweet set up. Extremely solid value for the price.

The product 16" version of this product is a 3-4 star currently, only because it has a design flaw that's getting fixed, but my God, the customer service is 10 stars. The single best customer service I've ever experienced on Amazon. Incredible. Will always do business in the future with this seller.

The teleprompter itself is pretty well made. The camera mount section is a little shaky but it does not affect the performance. The reflective glass works very well and the rig is mostly made of aluminum parts. The hood section is a stiffened material that folds easily if you need to transport it for a videoshoot. The tablet/phone holder is adequate but a little short if you have a 10" tablet in a case. You'll have to take it out of the case more than likely to get it to fit the holder. The hood section is adjustable and feels like good quality construction. No complaints about that part whatsoever. Easy to put together and the rig folds flat for transport. On to the bad...the app is pretty much useless. If you can get it to work, it's still not very full featured and I couldn't get the remote to work with it at all. I ended up using a third party app that works much better and I run it on an Android tablet or my phone for close shots. I think if you bought this knowing you would use a third party app then you would still be pleased with the teleprompter itself but I feel like I was shorted on the whole package with the terrible app and remote. With that said, I use the teleprompter and it does the job. Good for viewing at longer distances as I have mine at about 10' and it's very easy to read (if you use a third party app). Less expensive than the big name brands and fad brands. That makes it worthwhile.
