First impressions: these under $150 OTC in the ear hearing aids/amplifiers perform well considering the price. First, once the correct cones (several sizes sand varieties are provided with the device) are selected, they fit the ear canal securely and do not seem likely to fall out. The aids are not invisible but are relatively unobtrusive. The aids can be adjusted easily for volume and different noise levels, although sophisticated noise cancelling does not seem to be a feature. The multi-function button on each device works well. Perhaps most important, once you through a bit of trial and error position the aids properly in each ear, feedback is virtually eliminated. I found this easier to do than with others I have tried, including the highly rated Audien atom (although this may be a result of the shape of my ear canals). The small charging case has enough power for several day's charges. The instruction manual is better than many I have seen elsewhere, and a normal person can read it without a magnifying glass. Over the ear aids have room for larger batteries and more convenient controls, but I find them very difficult to use if you wear glasses and also use masks. I will keep using my over the ear aids at home but for restaurants, concerts and business meetings I hope to be able to use these in the ear devices comfortably instead.

I ordered these hearing aids and when delivered I opened the box to find ear wax on them. That's nasty they were to be new ones. Buyer beware.I had a replacement sent for the used hearing aids, once again I received a box that had already been opened and used.

I got very frustrated with someone who is very close to me. She would always acknowledge me by shaking her head or making a comment. And I knew she could not hear a word that I said. I ordered these hearing aidsthinking that they may help. They were fantastic, and the friend loves them very much. She says she hears things that she hasn't heard for years and I don't have to shout at her. I hope they last quite a long time!

Purchased set due to price and ratings. The set amplifies sounds to 3 settings, and surprising clarity, also was successful in removing muffled speech, my main hearing loss.

I’m a fan of these hearing aids! When I set them to the right frequency, they performed excellently. Just remember, if you increase the volume too high, you might encounter some feedback, so getting help to adjust the sound can be beneficial!

I bought these for my elderly mother, and it’s amazing—she can hear a pin drop from the other side of the room! Why spend a fortune on hearing aids when these work so wonderfully?
