Buy a size or two larger than your normal fit. These are stretchy.
XL fit me perfectly. I'm a 33 waist and typically wear medium-large shirts.

Order up a few sizes for looser fit
I ordered an XL... I am 6' 185lbs with an athlectic build. I normally wear a large. Fits ok out of the wrapper but shinks a bit after wash. I want it to fit loose so I suggest to order up. . Stretchy material which is nice but could have been a bit larger.

Order a size bigger
Tank top is nice but make sure you order at least 1 or even 2 sizes larger because it shrinks a ton with washing. I have an XL and it is skin tight. It was good when I first got it but washing really shrunk it. Other than that, seems good

Masculine, practical and well-made for the gym.
I am 6'2," weigh 175# and have a medium muscular build. I purchased the large, washed them and they fit perfectly. The straps are thin once you start washing them which adds to the overall aesthetic. The back perfectly drops down the middle of the traps and highlights any definition you have. Side boob is also visible. Depending upon your security level with your body, keep that in mind.I recommend these for anyone who enjoys showing their body or just hates feeling restricted by clothing when you're working out. The material is soft. As a result, the black shirt does get a little linty. The white is a classic color and easily bleachable when you spill your preworkout on it. The camouflage is a great pattern for a change up. For $6 a piece, it really is worth it

A Fitting problem
Once upon a time, in a small town called Fitville, I embarked on a quest to find the perfect tank top for my intense gym sessions. Little did I know that my journey would take me through a series of comical events, all revolving around the infamous Muscle Alive Blank Bodybuilding Stringer Tank Tops for men.It all started when I walked into the local fitness store, determined to upgrade my workout wardrobe. I came across the Muscle Alive section and was immediately captivated by their array of stringer tank tops. They appeared to be the epitome of comfort and style, making me envision myself as a bona fide bodybuilder. Ignoring the subtle warning signs, I excitedly purchased one in my size. The next day, armed with my newly acquired tank top, I strutted into the gym with confidence. As I began my first set of squats, a fellow gym-goer approached me, stifling laughter. Curious, I asked him what was so funny. He pointed to my tank top and, through bursts of laughter, informed me that it had a rather unconventional design flaw—the armholes were cut so wide that they practically reached my waist!Embarrassed but determined, I shrugged off the mishap, thinking it was a one-time occurrence. However, as I continued my workout routine, the tank top seemed to have a mind of its own. Every time I lifted my arms, the fabric would billow out like a parachute, earning me the nickname "Tank Top Tornado" among the gym regulars. Needless to say, it was difficult to maintain a serious workout when I resembled a human kite.Undeterred, I resolved to make the best of the situation. I decided to embrace the tank top's idiosyncrasies and turned them into a source of entertainment. During my workout breaks, I would perform impromptu windmill-like arm swings, causing the tank top to twirl around me in a comical fashion. It became a regular show for gym-goers, and soon enough, others started joining in on the laughter. While my gains may not have skyrocketed, my comedic reputation was certainly on the rise. However, the hilarity didn't end there. One fateful day, as I was mid-squat, I heard a loud rip that echoed through the gym. Panic-stricken, I checked the source of the noise only to find that the seam running along the back of the tank top had completely given way. In one swift motion, my beloved Muscle Alive garment had transformed into a cape, leaving my upper body exposed for the world to see.A chorus of laughter erupted from every corner of the gym, and I couldn't help but join in, acknowledging that this tank top had become more than just a workout garment—it was now a reliable source of comedy. With each rip and tear, my reputation as the "Accidental Exhibitionist" grew stronger.Despite the tank top's shortcomings, it oddly became a conversation starter, bringing people together through laughter and shared experiences. Gym-goers started recognizing me not for my workout intensity, but for the tank top's unpredictable shenanigans. I even met a few friends who shared similar stories of their own clothing mishaps, making my workout sessions more enjoyable and memorable than ever before. In the end, my experience with the Muscle Alive Blank Bodybuilding Stringer Tank Tops left me with a newfound appreciation for the lighter side of life. While it may not have been the most functional or durable workout apparel, it certainly brought joy and laughter into my fitness routine. It taught me that sometimes, the imperfections and unexpected twists in life can lead to the most memorable and entertaining moments. So, if you're in search of a tank top that will provide ample amusement while you pump iron, the Muscle Alive Blank Bodybuilding Stringer Tank Tops are definitely worth considering. Just be prepared to embrace the unexpected, let loose a hearty laugh, and enjoy the journey of finding humor in the most unexpected places. After all, sometimes the best workouts are the ones that leave you sore from laughter.

Good shirt, runs small
Good quality shirt, nice medium weight fabric. These run small, order a size up. I usually wear M or L in stringers, I ordered L and it was too small. XL fits well. No shrinkage after washing. You will get nip slips, if that bothers you. Wish they came in larger sizes than just XL, stringers are made for muscle men, XL won't fit me for long and I'm not even that big yet; 5'8" 200 lbs muscular build 12% BF. Basically, these won't fit roiders, and that's who they're really made for...no offense
