Not bad. But I expected a bit more
Not bad. But I expected a bit more. I thought there will be more details on how food of each color is good for the health. What I liked about the book is that it points out the value of fresh whole foods not packed ones. There are also charts at the end so that kids can check all the colors they have eaten in a day.

Great way to teach children the importance of eating eating heathy foods early. My grandson is in kindergarten and reading more & more on his own, this book goes good in his collection and he likes it.

Looks weird in Kindle
This looks weird in Kindle, like it isn't set up right. Some pages are blank. Other than that it's probably a good book.

What's the difference between a potato chip and an apple?
The book is definitely not authored by a poet, but COLOR is the point of the book, and the clever illustrations get the point across very well.I bought this copy for a young medical student that didn't know the difference, nutritionally, between a bag of potato chips and a bag of apples! Seriously? Seriously!!!

Made a huge difference in our food battle!
This book made all the difference for my 4 year old, she's so motivated by it and I'm so thankful! We do a chart as included in the back of the book and she's actually eating fruits and veggies!!!!!

a rainbow a day!
My son says he loves this book. He's five and a pretty good eater, but this gets him actually thinking about what he's eating during the day.

It's a good and concept
It's a good and concept, although some of the ideas are not what I would consider to be well suited to children. With particular note to the sentence "pants feeling tight, eat white" unlikely that a child will relate to this or pick up an onion to snack on. The kindle version spreads out wide between pages which is hard to show/read to children without having to continuously scroll to match the words with the pictures. Needs improving.
